These oilskin coats were the inspiration of Jan Grant, the creative force behind Stylish Dogs. She embroidered the artwork of former Olympic sprinter Joshua J Ross to create these unique handmade coats.
The inspiration for the coats was inspired by Josh's story and journey which is so similar to the one the GAP dogs travel. From top performance athletes transitioning to a new purpose. Joshua to public speaker and Aboriginal artist and the GAP dogs to Service Dogs both in Australia and overseas.
The coats are embroidered with Joshua's artwork called "Goanna Dreaming", inspired by dreamtime stories of the Bundjalung people.
Coats are lined with 100% woollen fabric. This coat is designed for the Greyhound to keep them warm and dry whilst walking or just lazing around.
These bespoke coats price ranges from $250 to $350 depending on the size of your dog. Heavy duty Velcro to secure front and girth and allows extra 5cm to front 10cm and girth.
Our coats are fully guaranteed and we will replace them if faulty or does not fit.
